What are the fine art prints?
Janine’s fine art prints are signed, limited-edition reproductions of her original oil paintings, made with archival-quality ink on cold press watercolor paper. The current collection measures 8 × 8 inches. Prints ship flat in protective packaging. See each listing for edition details and availability, or browse fine art prints.
Is a frame included?
Prints are sold unframed. Framing varies for original paintings: a frame is included only when the individual artwork’s Details section says so. Frames shown in room mockups are not necessarily included, and room images may not show exact scale. Check the listed measurements before purchasing.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier delivery time is additional and varies by destination. Custom commissions follow the agreed timeline. Please contact Janine before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. See the shipping policy for details.
Where do you ship?
Standard online shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international delivery, contact Janine before ordering to ask whether shipping can be arranged. Charges are shown at checkout; rates for different shipping groups are added together. Larger or framed artwork may need a separate shipping arrangement. Read the full shipping policy.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Contact Janine with your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging. Keep the packaging while a solution is arranged. Necessary return shipping for a damaged or incorrect item is covered. See the return and refund policy.
Can I return a purchase?
You can request a return for a standard print, art gift, or original painting within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Contact Janine before sending anything back so you receive the correct return address and instructions. For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return shipping and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Custom commissions are final sale except when damaged or supplied in error. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Read the full return and refund policy for all conditions.
Can I commission a painting?
Yes. Explore custom landscape oil painting commissions, then contact Janine to discuss your idea, size, price, and timing. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due when the painting is complete, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Please allow up to six weeks for production, subject to the timeline agreed for your painting.
