These terms apply to purchases from Janine Crum Fine Art and use of this online store. Please read the product description and the policies linked below before placing an order.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when ordering. You must be able to enter a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Products are subject to availability. If a stock, price, or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled item and any related shipping charge.

Artwork and product descriptions

We aim to show artwork and product details accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Read the listed dimensions and materials before buying. Room images are for context and may not show exact scale. A frame is included only when the product description says so.

Original paintings are one of a kind. Prints and gifts are identified in their product descriptions.

Custom commissions

Before work begins, we agree on the artwork, size, price, and timeline with the customer. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance due when the painting is complete, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Custom commissions are final sale except for damage or an error. Any rights required by law still apply.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy explains processing times, destinations, and shipping charges. Our return and refund policy explains return requests, damaged items, and refunds.

Artwork rights

Buying an artwork or print gives you ownership of that physical item. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. You may not reproduce the artwork or use it commercially without written permission from Janine Crum.

Store use and privacy

Do not use this store for unlawful activity, fraud, or attempts to interfere with its operation. Keep any account login details secure. Shopify hosts the store. Payment services and external websites may have their own terms. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is used.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
