Shipping policy

Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Custom commissions follow the timeline agreed with the customer. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Where we ship

Standard online shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international delivery, contact janinecrum@gmail.com before ordering to ask whether shipping can be arranged.

Shipping charges

Shipping is shown at checkout before payment. Standard rates are $4 for small gifts, $8 for prints, and $10–$65 for eligible original paintings, based on size. Larger or framed artwork may need a separate shipping arrangement.

If your order includes items from different shipping groups, the group rates are added together. For example, a small gift and a print have a combined shipping charge of $12. The final charge is shown at checkout.

Packing and delivery

Prints ship flat with protective packaging. Original paintings and gifts are packed for safe transport. Shipping confirmation includes tracking when available.

Carrier delivery times vary by destination and service. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. If you need an item by a certain date, contact us before ordering.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before placing an order. If it needs to change, contact us promptly. An address change may not be possible after dispatch.

If an order is delayed, missing, or damaged, email us with your order number. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging and keep the packaging while we arrange a solution. See our return and refund policy for more information.
